Town of Cazenovia Court convenes the first, second, third, and fourth Tuesday of every month in the Gothic Cottage at 7:00 pm (except for holidays) located on 7 Albany Street in the Village of Cazenovia. Criminal cases and Vehicle & Traffic cases are heard Tuesday evening beginning at 7:00 pm.

Civil cases must be scheduled in advance with the Court.  Paperwork and filing fees must be received by the Court several days prior to the hearing. 

Small Claims cases must be scheduled in advance with the Court.  To commence an action the claimant must appear to file, sign claim form and pay filing fee.  The Court will then schedule a Small Claims Hearing date. Defendants must reside or have a place of business in the Town of Cazenovia.
