Town of Cazenovia Court convenes at 7:00 pm the first four Tuesdays of every month (except for holidays) in the town office building (Gothic Cottage)  located at 7 Albany Street, Cazenovia.  Criminal cases and Vehicle & Traffic cases are heard Tuesday evening beginning at 7:00 pm. 

Civil cases must be scheduled in advance with the Court.  Paperwork and filing fees must be received by the Court several days prior to the hearing. 

Small Claims cases must be scheduled in advance with the Court.  To commence an action the claimant must appear to file, sign claim form and pay filing fee.  The Court will then schedule a Small Claims Hearing date. Defendants must reside or have a place of business in the Town of Cazenovia.
